Me Jean Leclerc was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2003. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Laval University and holds a master's degree in business law.
Me Leclerc focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and construction law, as well as commercial and transactional law.
With a wealth of experience gained from one of the most important diversified estate investment trusts in Canada, Jean has developed a remarkable expertise in the negotiation, drafting and analysis of various commercial agreements as part of the renting of commercial and industrial spaces, of construction and real estate development projects, and the acquisition and financing of real estate.
Over the years, he was actively involved in transactional cases of the national span, along with litigious cases in the areas of securities, of insolvencies, of construction and commercial real estate law, notably implying relationships between landlords and tenants.
Therefore, he was called to plead before different judicial and administrative proceedings of Quebec.
