Michel C. Chabot was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1970. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Laval University.

 

Cumulating more than 49 years in law practice, Me Chabot mainly exercises, as a litigant, in civil and commercial litigation. Me Chabot was involved in several cases of class action (defense and request), cartels, of construction, civic responsibility and succession of oppression remedies.

Me Chabot also taught pleading techniques at the École de formation professionnelle du Barreau du Québec for many years.

 

He was named Best Lawyer in Canada in 2009, Lawyer of the Year in 2013, as well as Best Lawyer in Quebec in 2016, 2017 and 2018 (Selected by Peer Recognition).
