Business law and construction law
Philippe Bédard is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke Law School. Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018, he is currently completing his master's degree in tax law at York University in Toronto.
During his university career, Philippe was actively involved in his community, having been elected President of the Association générale des étudiants en droit de l'Université de Sherbrooke (AGED).
Philippe practices mainly in the fields of construction law and business law. As such, he is called upon to represent stakeholders in the construction industry, such as owners, general contractors, specialized contractors, manufacturers, as well as material suppliers.
Philippe also focuses his practice in the area of tax litigation, a field in which his specialized skills are particularly valued.
