Victor Lopez-Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Business Law and a specialization degree in International Trade Law in the Dominican Republic. Victor is a member of the Dominican Republic Bar Association, recognized by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship (MIRC).

He also completed the Professional Order Integration Program (POI) of the Barreau du Québec at Université Laval in law, before completing his professional training of the Barreau du Québec in 2019.

Efficient, rigorous and collaborative, Victor joined the GBV team as a paralegal in real estate law, field in which he gained experience in a Quebec City area firm. He performs all necessary tasks related to commercial and real estate contracts, and all other corporate documents in notarial law.
