Antoine Sarrazin-Bourgoin

Antoine Sarazin-Bourgouin mainly exercises in commercial and civil litigation, administrative law and environmental law. He joined the ranks of our public law team in 2017.

Before joining our study, he worked as a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Québec beside the honorable Lorne Giroux and Étienne Parent.

 

The involvement of Me Sarazin-Bourgoin over the course of his studies was as extensive as diversified; he notably acted as teaching and research assistant for his professors, such as Pierre Rainville, Frédéric Lévesque et Cinthia Duclos. He also sat on various university administration boards. Since 2017, he has been on the Board of Directors of the Young Bar Association of Quebec and is on the Board of Directors of the Barreau du Québec since 2019.

 

In 2013, he won the SOQUIJ Cup for writing the second best memoire of the Pierre-Basile Mignault moot court Competition.

 

The excellence of his academic achievements was also highlighted by an inscription on the Honor Roll of the Faculty of Law of Laval University.

 

A diligent and analytical lawyer, Antoine regularly contributes to the development of intricate legal opinions, the drafting of various procedures, and makes representations in court.
