The GBV Academy is the official structure of our firm for identifying talent, supervising and training the students and interns who join us. It is a strategic approach for GBV that allows us to develop the talents of the next generation and thus ensure the sustainability of our company.
We are delighted to welcome talented young lawyers to our team, who play a vital role and contribute daily to strengthening our presence within the legal and academic community. The creation of the GBV Academy reflects our commitment to developing talent at its source and ensuring the sustainability of our business through the renewal of our staff. Our active participation in the various law faculties of the province has enabled us to recruit exceptional students. It was therefore natural to set up a coaching and training program that is just as dynamic as its members.
