Audrey Roy is a member of our commercial law group.

 

Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2016, Audrey quickly oriented her practice toward business law. She is primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, as well as the drafting of commercial agreements.

Having worked as legal counsel in corporate litigation, financial restructuring, and in collaboration with accountants, tax specialists, and notaries, Audrey leverages her diverse expertise to provide clients with practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to their needs.

She is also socially engaged, serving on the board of directors of a community organization dedicated to promoting volunteerism and developing community services.
