Our firm is looking for a lawyer who wants to work in a dynamic and stimulating work environment in order to make an important and valued contribution to our civil and administrative litigation team.

  • The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of practice in the field of civil and administrative litigation.

  • The candidate must master the rules relating to civil procedure and the management of extraordinary appeals.

  • He (she) must also demonstrate a strong interest in advocacy and have proven skills in legal drafting.

  • Fluency in the English language will be considered an asset. Special expertise in environmental law and/or construction law will also be required.

  • We are looking for candidates who stand out for their rigor, intensity and humility.

  • Conseiller et accompagner les clients en droit des affaires (droit des sociétés, fusion-acquisition, contrats commerciaux, conventions entre actionnaires, restructurations, etc.) ;

  • Assurer le suivi juridique des dossiers et veiller à la conformité réglementaire ;

  • Effectuer une veille juridique et contribuer au développement de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
