Me Bianca Villemure has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, assisting businesses in executing strategic and complex projects. Her expertise covers all aspects of commercial transactions, primarily business acquisitions and sales, as well as corporate reorganizations.

Her role includes advising clients, negotiating, and drafting legal documents, including various commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.

In carrying out her mandates, Bianca works closely with accountants, tax specialists, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders, ensuring optimal coordination and smooth execution of projects. This collaboration allows her to address clients’ complex needs and achieve results aligned with their business objectives.

Bianca is actively involved in the business community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Trois-Rivières Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2023. This engagement reflects her commitment to regional economic development and supporting businesses in achieving their goals.
