Bryan O’Gallagher was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1990 and graduated from the Law faculty of Laval University.

Me O’Gallagher initially worked as a lawyer in private practice in a firm specialized in commercial law. From 1995 to 2003, he held the position of director of legal and corporative affairs foran environmental company with operations in Canada, the United States, and the European Union.  He then took over the management of the implantation of new installations in the same company and contributed to the establishment of innovative factories in France and the United-Kingdom in a changing regulatory environment.

 

Me O’Gallagher initially joined our firm in 2007 and is pursuing his practice in the fields of commercial and real estate law and the industrial association law. He advises multiple businesses evolving in the regulated sectors.
