Charles-Francis Roy focuses his practice in the fields of litigation, natural resources law, and public procurement law.

He stands out by his rigor and his creativity in the often complex mandates entrusted to him.

 

Charles-Francis has worked as a research associate at the University of Montreal’s Public Law Research Center and holds a French and European law certificate from the Panthéon-Assas University of Paris.

 

Member of the Quebec Bar since 2015, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Laval University, where the quality of his academic record was noted by an inscription to the Honor Roll of the Faculty of Law.
