Civil litigation and construction law
Me Charlotte Reid joined our administrative litigation and construction law team from the moment she was licensed in 2018.
Over the course of her law studies, Charlotte received numerous distinctions for her social implication. Indeed, she was given the Association des étudiants en Droit de l’Université Laval award. At the 2017 Concours de plaidoirie Pierre-Basile Mignault edition, she was attributed the Coupe du Bâtonnier, which rewards the best team, and the Coupe de l’Association des professeurs de droit du Québec for the best thesis, in addition to being a part of the best litigants of the contest. She also held the position of Internal Vice-President of the Legal Information Office of Laval University.
As part of her practice, which is primarily focused on construction law, Charlotte is regularly called to draft procedures, to do representations before the Courts and to deliver legal opinions.
In addition to being a member of les Elles de la construction, Charlotte is also secretary on the Board of Directors of Maison l'Éclaircie, an organization that helps people over the age of 14 and their families who are living with eating disorders.
