Charlotte reid

Civil litigation and construction law

Charlotte Reid joined our civil litigation team immediately upon being sworn in as a lawyer in 2018.

​

In the scope of her practice, Charlotte is tasked with conducting research in various areas of law, drafting legal documents, representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, and providing legal opinions.

​

Currently, Charlotte is teaching civil procedure at Laval University and pursuing a Master's degree in law with a thesis in this field. Her research, publications, and presentations focus on various aspects of civil procedure in Quebec. Additionally, she contributed to the update of the 6th edition of the Dictionary of Quebec and Canadian Law and serves as a text editor for the legal journal Les Cahiers de droit.
