Clovis Roussy

Member of the Quebec Bar since 2017, Clovis Roussy holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Quebec at Rimouski (2013), a bachelor's degree in law from Laval University (2016), and a certificate in transnational law from the University of Geneva (2016). His expertise focuses particularly on public and administrative law.

From 2017 to 2020, Clovis served as a judicial clerk to Justices Lorne Giroux, Jean Bouchard, and Julie Dutil of the Quebec Court of Appeal. In 2021, he was selected by Justice Nicholas Kasirer to become his first law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada. During this prestigious mandate, Clovis contributed to major decisions.

Clovis also practiced as a parliamentary lawyer at the National Assembly of Quebec, where he held the position of Deputy Secretary.
