Member of the Quebec Bar since 2017, Clovis Roussy holds a bachelor's degree in history from Université du Québec à Rimouski (2013), a bachelor's degree in law from Université Laval (2016), and a certificate in transnational law from the University of Geneva (2016). His expertise focuses primarily on public and administrative law.

From 2017 to 2020, Clovis served as a judicial clerk to Justices Lorne Giroux, Jean Bouchard, and Julie Dutil of the Quebec Court of Appeal. From 2021 to 2022, he held the position of judicial clerk to Justice Nicholas Kasirer at the Supreme Court of Canada, where he contributed to the development of significant rulings.

Clovis has also practiced as a parliamentary lawyer at the National Assembly of Quebec, where he held the position of Deputy Secretary.
