Debbie Thibodeau is a corporate law and finance lawyer in our Quebec City office.

In addition to graduating from the Faculty of Law at Laval University in 2016, Ms. Thibodeau also obtained a diploma in Paralegal Technology from Ellis College in Trois-Rivières in 2012.

Ms. Thibodeau first joined Team GBV as a paralegal, before completing her articling at the École du Barreau and finally joining the firm as a lawyer.

Since the beginning of her career, Ms. Thibodeau has focused her practice on corporate reorganizations and commercial financing.

Dynamic and conscientious, Ms. Thibodeau carries out her mandates with professionalism and makes client service her priority.
