Francis Auger was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2013. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Laval University and joined our firm after completing his professional training.

Francis is part of our banking legal team. Thus, he is actively involved in real estate law contracts with a corporate clientele.

He also developed a particular expertise in terms of the execution of financial guarantee, especially in consumption law and security law, cases in which he gets to do representations in front of all the court proceedings of Quebec.
