Me Warren was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1992. In 1980, he obtained a degree in notarial law from the Law Faculty of Laval University and was registered to the Tableau de l’Ordre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec from 1981 to 1992.

 

Me Warren is also an accredited mediator in  civil and commercial matters.

He focuses his practice in the business law field, especially in estate and commercial law, as well as in society law and the domain of loans and restructuring.

 

Strong from his marked experience in real estate law, Me Warren takes part in the negotiation, redaction, and analysis of offers to purchase and sales of assets or shares, the constitution of real rights and the examination of titles. He also has solid expertise in the area of loan and security agreements and shareholder agreements. His services are often needed in the context of the organization and the restructuring of businesses. Me Warren counts as part of his client base many institutions of the real estate sector, the banking sector, and companies from the venture capital and high technology sectors

 

Me Warren was repeatedly invited by financial institutions and professional orders to give lectures on real estate law, security and corporate reorganization.
