Me Grondin advises a clientele composed of private companies and non-profit legal entities. With over ten years of experience in business law, she works on matters involving complex structures and strategic issues.

She is involved in the implementation of reorganizations related to tax planning, business succession, as well as business acquisitions and sales. In this capacity, Isabelle takes part in the negotiation and drafting of agreements and documents required to complete these transactions.

She has developed a particular interest in corporate governance and compliance practices, particularly as they relate to corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and ESG criteria. From this perspective, she also takes an interest in environmental law as a related field and pursues continuing education to further enhance her approach in these areas.

As part of her practice, she collaborates with tax specialists and accountants on reorganization and transactional mandates.

Isabelle supports the firm’s clients in their transactions and reorganizations, as well as with respect to their corporate matters.

She is also actively involved as a board member on boards of directors.
