Me Normand advises and assists employers on all aspects of labour and employment law. He is particularly involved in implementing and managing disciplinary processes, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, and developing internal policies.

He also represents employers as a spokesperson in negotiations with their unions, prepares legal opinions, and handles hearings before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT) as well as arbitration tribunals.

​

He places particular importance on the clarity of his recommendations, ensuring they are tailored to his clients’ operational realities.
