Kathleen Rouillard

Me Rouillard has been practicing at the Trois-Rivières office since 2001. She has worked in labour and employment law since her admission to the Bar, advising employers on individual and collective labour relations, both in disciplinary and regulatory matters. She serves as lead spokesperson for employers in negotiations with their unions, in both the private and public sectors, whether for negotiating a first collective agreement or for its renewal. In addition, she acts as an advisor on several committees regarding labour relations.

Me Rouillard also acts as counsel in dispute arbitrations, grievance arbitrations, and before common law courts as well as the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT).

 

She drafts employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, service contracts, as well as company manuals and policies.
