Kim Durant completed a legal studies program at Collège Ahuntsic in 2011 and earned a law degree from Université Laval in 2014.

She began her career in notary offices and later gained solid experience in corporate law within a multidisciplinary company.

Kim joined the GBV Team in 2024, where she works in the business law sector. With a diverse background, she has developed expertise in real estate law, corporate reorganization, estate law, and non-contentious procedures. Her versatility makes her a key asset across all areas of corporate law.
