Marc-André Gravel

Marc-André Gravel is the founder of the firm and its managing partner.

​

He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1993 and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Laval University.

​

Me Gravel's expertise in complex litigation matters is recognized and diversified.

As a litigator, he has developed special skills in the areas of construction law, environmental law, administrative law, and corporate restructuring.

​

Moreover, he frequently acts in the context of urgent court proceedings, including those involving injunctive relief and Anton Piller orders. He is also recognized in the 2021 edition of the Canadian Lexpert® Directory for his expertise in corporate and commercial litigation.

Particularly interested in innovative solutions, the Louis-Philippe Pigeon Prize was awarded in 1999 to highlight his contribution to the advancement of law.

Mr. Gravel advises and represents a broad corporate and institutional clientele before all Quebec courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.
