Me Gélinas has been practicing at the Trois-Rivières office since 2017. She has expertise in family law and the law of persons, which leads her to regularly appear before the courts, primarily the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.

Nevertheless, she also prioritizes alternative dispute resolution methods as well as negotiation.

​

She was a consultant for the second season of the television series Avant le Crash, broadcast in fall 2023 on Radio-Canada. In this capacity, she also participated in the filming of informational segments on family law, which were aired on the broadcaster’s website.

 

In recent years, she has also contributed to the research and drafting of various training programs offered to family law practitioners as part of their continuing professional development.
