Marie-Pier Lefebvre joined the GBV team in the spring of 2025.

Her practice focuses primarily on business, labour, commercial, and corporate law. She specializes in business transfers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Marie-Pier advises clients on strategic commercial partnerships and various types of commercial agreements. She also represents entrepreneurs in negotiating shareholder and partnership agreements.

In addition, she has expertise in corporate governance and privacy law. Marie-Pier is a member of the Paris Bar and is affiliated with a prominent business law firm in Paris. Over the course of her career, she has practiced within law firms, large private companies, and major insurance corporations. Her diverse professional background allows her to anticipate business challenges and address them in a practical and effective manner.

Marie-Pier is actively involved in her community, serving on various boards of directors and participating in organizations with social and philanthropic missions.
