Nicholas Thiffault joined our team as a research lawyer. Rigorous, endowed with a great capacity for synthesizing and analyzing and good legal reflexes, Nicholas actively participates in the development of strategies in complex civil and commercial litigation case files.

 

Nicholas graduated with a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2011. He also holds a graduate degree in common law and transnational law. During his academic career, Nicholas has repeatedly collaborated on diverse research projects in addition to personally completing two research projects as part of his master’s degree.

 

After completing his Bar internship at the Court of Appeal of Quebec, he worked there for nearly five years as a lawyer, where he was able to improve his skills in research and analysis of complex issues, among other things. Nicholas has been called upon to work in many areas of public and private law.
