Stéphanie Létourneau joined the GBV team in January 2026.

She works as a legal technician in the field of business law. In this role, she is involved in a variety of files, particularly those related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She is also responsible for drafting documentation pertaining to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, rollovers, and other share-related transactions.
